Why BrandShift exists
Most brand problems are not design problems — they are positioning problems wearing a nice typeface. Founders and marketing leaders come to us when the organisation has outgrown its story, when a merger created two narratives fighting for airtime, or when a polished identity failed to change behaviour because nobody built the proof layer.
We started BrandShift to keep strategy, identity and performance marketing in one accountable team. The name is literal: we help clients shift the brand from where it is to where it is going, then build everything that demonstrates the move — creative, paid media, SEO, content and measurement. We are not a training provider, not a software platform, and not a publisher. We are a professional services firm delivering work for your brand.
Our clients span professional services, technology, consumer brands, F&B and healthcare-adjacent categories across Singapore and APAC. Engagements run on monthly retainers or fixed project scopes, quoted in SGD with transparent deliverables.

Tras Street, Tanjong Pagar
Our studio sits at 36 Tras Street, #02-01, in the Tanjong Pagar conservation district — a short walk from the CBD, surrounded by shophouses, independent cafés and the kind of mixed commercial energy that reminds us brands live in real streets, not only in slide decks. Clients visit by appointment; video workshops are standard for regional teams outside Singapore.
The space is set up for strategy workshops, identity reviews, creative approvals and media planning — one room where repositioning decisions do not get lost between agencies on opposite sides of the island.

BrandShift is led by practitioners who have managed repositioning programmes, identity rollouts and multi-channel campaigns — not account coordinators who pass briefs to unseen subcontractors. When you engage us, the people in your workshop are the people who sign off your strategy, critique your creative and read your performance reports.
