Cookie Policy
Last updated: 13 July 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how BrandShift Co Pte. Ltd. ("BrandShift", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on brandshiftco.pro. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy. By continuing to browse after making a choice in our cookie banner, you interact with the Site under the preferences you selected.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help sites function, remember preferences, and — where you consent — support analytics and advertising measurement. Similar technologies include local storage (used by our consent manager), session identifiers, and pixel tags that record when a page or email is viewed.
2. How we use cookies
We group cookies into three categories:
2.1 Strictly necessary
These cookies are required for core Site operation and security. They may include session management, load balancing, and storage of your cookie consent choice. They do not require consent under PDPA-aligned practice because the Site cannot function properly without them. You cannot opt out of necessary cookies while using the Site.
2.2 Analytics
Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the Site — which pages are viewed, how long sessions last, and whether errors occur. Data is typically aggregated. We activate analytics cookies only if you choose "Accept all" or enable Analytics in "Customise". If you reject non-essential cookies, analytics tags remain dormant.
2.3 Advertising
Advertising cookies may be used to measure the effectiveness of our own campaigns, build remarketing audiences for BrandShift services, or understand conversions after ad clicks. We do not sell Site visitor data to unrelated third parties. Advertising cookies require consent and remain off unless you accept them.
3. Consent management
When you first visit brandshiftco.pro, a banner offers three choices:
- Accept all — enables necessary, analytics and advertising cookies;
- Reject all — enables only necessary cookies;
- Customise — opens a panel where you toggle Analytics and Advertising individually before saving.
Your selection is stored in your browser's local storage under the key bs_cookie_consent for six months from the date of your choice. After expiry, the banner reappears so you can renew or change preferences. You may also clear cookies and local storage via browser settings at any time, which resets your choice.
We do not use pre-ticked boxes for optional cookies in the customise panel. Necessary cookies are always active and labelled as such.
4. Cookie and storage details
The table below describes primary technologies we may use. Exact names may vary if providers update their implementations.
- bs_cookie_consent (local storage) — Purpose: record consent choice and expiry date. Duration: six months. Type: necessary for compliance.
- Session cookies — Purpose: maintain secure browsing session. Duration: session or short-lived. Type: necessary.
- Analytics identifiers — Purpose: distinguish visits for statistics. Duration: provider-defined, often up to twenty-four months if consented. Type: analytics.
- Advertising pixels — Purpose: conversion and remarketing measurement for BrandShift marketing. Duration: provider-defined if consented. Type: advertising.
5. Third-party providers
Where analytics or advertising cookies are enabled, data may be processed by third-party providers acting as our service providers. Those providers may transfer data to servers outside Singapore. We select reputable providers and impose contractual data protection obligations where feasible. Third-party use of data is also governed by their own privacy policies.
6. Managing cookies in your browser
Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through settings. Blocking all cookies may impair Site functionality. Guidance links: Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge publish cookie management instructions in their help centres. Mobile device users may additionally control tracking through operating system settings.
Because our consent record uses local storage, clearing "site data" for brandshiftco.pro resets your banner choice as well as cookies.
7. Do Not Track
Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. There is no uniform industry standard for responding to such signals. We honour the choices you make in our cookie banner as the primary mechanism for expressing privacy preferences on this Site.
8. Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy when we change technologies or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Significant changes may be highlighted via the cookie banner on your next visit after expiry or reset.
9. Contact
