Common questions about working with BrandShift — a Singapore brand agency on retainer or project scope.
Is BrandShift a design course, or do you guarantee a rebrand will boost sales?
No. We are a brand transformation & rebrand agency that builds strategy, repositioning, identity and rollout for client brands — we do not sell courses. We cannot and do not guarantee sales, fame, reach or specific results; outcomes depend on market, budget, product and competition. "Shift" means brand transformation, not "shift your life" coaching; the .pro TLD and "co" are branding only. BrandShift is a marketing services firm, not a course provider, software product or source of guaranteed outcomes.
What engagement models do you offer?
Monthly SGD retainers for integrated brand transformation are our primary model — typically covering strategy, identity, creative, paid media and analytics. Fixed project scopes work for single repositioning programmes, identity rollouts or channel audits. We outline deliverables, reporting cadence and notice terms in a written agreement before work begins. Hybrid models — strategy project followed by retainer — are common for organisations testing fit before a longer commitment.
What are typical SGD budgets?
Integrated brand transformation retainers for SMEs and scale-ups often start from S$9,500 per month excluding media spend. Focused identity or strategy projects from S$12,000. Smaller channel-specific retainers from S$6,500. We tailor scope to your repositioning goals, creative volume and reporting needs rather than selling a one-size package.
How long does onboarding take?
Most retainers kick off within two to three weeks of signed scope: access to brand assets, analytics, ad accounts, stakeholder interviews and initial diagnostic work. Launch programmes can move faster with a tight brief and existing identity foundations. We do not promise overnight rankings, instant awareness lifts or guaranteed sales in the first month.
Which services sit in-house?
Brand strategy, repositioning, identity design, creative campaign development, paid media management, SEO recommendations, content planning and analytics reporting are delivered by our Tras Street team. Specialist production such as large-format shoots may involve vetted partners under our creative direction, with transparency on scope and cost.
How often do you report?
Monthly reporting is standard for retainers, with a dashboard view agreed upfront. Weekly during major launches or creative testing windows. Reports include KPIs, spend, creative learnings, SEO progress and next-step recommendations — results-oriented framing without guaranteed ROI claims.
What are contract and notice terms?
Retainers typically run on a six- or twelve-month initial term with thirty days' notice thereafter. Project scopes are fixed-fee with milestone billing. Specific terms are in your service agreement. We believe in earning retention through work, not punitive lock-in clauses.
How do you handle personal data under Singapore PDPA?
We collect only what is needed to deliver services and communicate with you. Contact form data is used to respond to enquiries. Client campaign data is processed under contract with appropriate safeguards. See our Privacy Policy for rights, retention and contact details. Form consent checkboxes are never pre-ticked.
What do you NOT do?
We do not guarantee Google rankings, reach, leads, sales or ROI. We do not promote get-rich-quick schemes, crypto or forex trading, MLM, or dropshipping businesses. We do not sell marketing courses or operate as a media publisher. We are not a software product — we are a professional agency delivering brand work for your organisation.
Who owns brand assets, ad accounts and analytics?
You do. We request delegated access to your Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, analytics properties and brand asset libraries. All identity files, creative work and performance data remain yours. At the end of an engagement we transition cleanly — no hostage-taking of accounts or source files.
